Lantern Playgroup Open House on Tuesday November 6

Rosalia Nastasi sends the following invite for the Lantern Playgroup open house on November 6th.

The Lantern Playgroup is an Inglewood and Ramsay community playgroup for kids aged 0-4 and their parents/caretakers.

The group gathers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to noon in the Lantern Communtiy Church. which is located at 1401 10th ave S.E.

The Lantern Playgroup is a free parent run group. The space is graciously donated by the Church but no church membership required. It is a great place to socialize and meet other young families in the neighbourhood.

We welcome you to meet us and learn more about the Playgroup at our Open House on Tues Nov 6th.

The Open House will run from 9:30 to Noon and coffee, goodies and conversation will be provided.

Coffee with the Ramsay School Principal

Every two months I host a “Coffee with the Principal”, and I wanted to let everyone know that it isn’t just for Ramsay School parents, it’s also for the general community.

Here are the dates for this year,

Showcasing artwork from talented folks in and outside of the Ramsay community.

Kids are welcome also – free table space will be made available for kids from the community to showcase and sell their wares.

It was a fun and short AGM. We went through the entire agenda and completed the elections in 37 minutes!
