From The City of Calgary
Beginning as early as March 17, Green Line is undertaking a series of borehole tests, identifying utility locations along the future LRT alignment. Test sites are limited to City-owned property but may impact general traffic in the area.
Each investigation is expected to take one day with work happening between 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. All investigations will be completed by early April. Where there are potential impacts to residences or businesses, Green Line will contact those who may be directly affected.

What is the work?
Green Line is drilling a series of small boreholes along the SE Segment. The drilling is necessary to locate utilities and survey points to progress the design of the Green Line LRT and support construction. These efforts are crucial for understanding potential conflicts and ensuring the seamless integration of the utilities with the overall Green Line construction plan.
